Please flash the kernel from http://tosa.lumag.spb.ru/uploads/tosa-test-wm97xx/zImage-2.6.23-tosa-20080107194021.bin
If necessary, modules files can be found at 
http://tosa.lumag.spb.ru/uploads/tosa-test-wm97xx/modules-2.6.23-tosa.tgz
