Yes, that is what has been said and accepted on this mailinglist in the
past.

It runs contrib/angstrom/build-{feed,release}.sh from time to time and
then uses upload-packages.sh to put that in unsorted/. Developers can
then run sort.sh and update.php to update the feeds and feed-browser.
