[Angstrom-devel] I18n/l9n section in AngstromManual

Hello angstrom-distro-devel,

  Yesterday I did some cleanup and better formatting of
http://linuxtogo.org/gowiki/AngstromManual , and most importantly,
started Internationalization and Localization section. So far, I've
recorded what it took me to get Cyrillic letters in
http://linuxtogo.org/gowiki/PaulSokolovsky?action=AttachFile&do=view&target=gnome-mplayer.png
instead of ?'s, plus few other notes, Some patched went into .dev
and proposed for stable too.

  The section of course needs elaboration, so I would like to invite
everyone who's knowledgeable of locale matters to contribute, in
particular other languages' (like CJK) specialists.
