tosa was intentionally left out of linux-rp-2.6.24 by RP to let Dmitry 
work on it. There aren't many tosa users actively requesting Angstrom 
support. So I think tosa can skip this release or even skip the whole 
2.6.24 cycle at all, depending on Dmitry's progress.

In short, go ahead and don't worry about tosa for now.
