| Reason #1: garbage passed in kernel command line (if *you* didn't
| set/verify each parameter there, don't expect it to work).

It seems like h3900.conf is missing 'MACHINE_EXTRA_RDEPENDS =
"ipaq-boot-params"' and also lacks a custom params file in
packages/ipaq-boot-params/files/h3900 . Any volunteers for adding one?
