Given the positive feedback, here's a plan of attack:

* upload opkg to the 2008 feeds for people to test
* start implementing DISTRO_PACKAGE_MANAGER for angstrom
* include both opkg and ipkg in images (DISTRO_PACKAGE_MANAGER="opkg
ipkg") for a period of time
* stop including ipkg

And once the PackageKit stuff works well enough we can consider it for
backporting to 2007, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there.
