[Angstrom-devel] hostap, prism2.5 and channel12 & 13 in europe

Hi,
I am using hostap with a prism2.5 CF card in Zaurus Spitz.

Our wireless point at work is set to ch13 because of many other
neighbouring access points crowded into 1,6 & 11 so all there was free
was 13.

I can set my wireless card to any channel in range 1 to 11 but not to
12 or 13 - I get the error message
   Error for wireless request  "Set Frequency" (8B04)

It's my understanding that the channel range *might* be compiled in to
the driver, but I also guess it might be in a config file somewhere.

If it's in the driver, is it possible to fix it please? If in a file,
please let me know how I can tweak it.

I have also tried adding channels 12 & 13 to the kismet.conf file and
kismet cannot find the AP.
