You mean putting them in a public and open directory on the website, pasting the scripts
into pastebin and posting the URLs to both those place multiple times in multiple channels
on IRC in not well accessible? Stelios did find them and improve them, so I guess the
problem is PEBKAC on your end.

As stated above, all those are already available, so I'll apply the pebkac factor to you.
