Hi Michael,
Thanks for the reply.
To clarify, procps built fine with the image build after I updated this
morning, it was other packages (that I don't remember off the top of my
head) that required focused bitbake to work (to be fair, I did not repeat
the image bitbake until the package built by itself, so the incidents could
have been random, but that would leave me even more curious about sunspots)
