cf modem would be good for me too, also CF bluetooth, so I could use
my GPS, thus get gpsdrive working.

I cannot make a judgment, whichever gives the best balance of
performance vs features I guess

how bad is the space limit? Is there a a chance of getting SD cards
working over 2GB - either the old non-sdhc 4Gb cards, or SDHC proper?
