Hi,

Since there are more and more people getting access to the feeds we
should have a policy for uploading packages.

IMO the most important ones should be:

1) The packages you upload are legally distributable
2) You upload the source as needed[*]
3) Every package must be built with OE and have its recipe available
only (e.g. in OE itself, bugzilla, website, etc)

Any additions, comments, flames?
