Yes, it's called from keylaunch on the clamshells when the combo to
increase/decrease the brightness is pressed.
Thanks for confirming for me that it's specific to these devices, as
that means that I won't have to worry about making it's code device
independent (although, I'm thinking that it might be a good idea to
have a single lightweight daemon that handles the brightness in a
device independent manner and have everything message it to avoid
random scripts such as this one, and address some other issues (such
as the delay I mentioned earlier). I haven't examined exactly what is
and is not handled through gpe-conf already, but looking at the code I
can see what appears to be the device independent code I would need to
do that).
